Help us investigate

Tell us your device model, OS and Remnesa version, and what you expected to happen.
If the issue is about sync, check your connection and tell us whether the same account is signed in on your other device.
If the issue is about media sync, check subscription access, sign-in and transfer status. Device-only cards and missing local files require separate attention.

Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens, or full library backups unless we specifically arrange a safe transfer.

Hosted media limits and retention

The current subscription includes 500 MB (500,000,000 bytes) of hosted storage. Each uploaded image or video poster must be at most 800 KB (800,000 bytes). Media preparation preserves the local original when compression is unsupported or cannot meet the limit. The app shows upload and download status; a card becomes usable offline on another device only after its media has downloaded successfully.

When verified subscription access ends, new hosted uploads and downloads pause. Already downloaded media and full local exports remain available. Published files referenced by synchronized cards, including cards in Trash, have no automatic subscription-expiry deletion. After references are intentionally withdrawn or permanently deleted, unreferenced files may be collected after the configured cleanup period, currently seven days. Unfinished staging uploads expire after two days. Account deletion separately queues all account-owned hosted files for removal. Synchronization is not a permanent or versioned backup; keep your own exports.
