In the app, open Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm the warning. This removes your live account and synchronized library, revokes Remnesa sessions, and clears the requesting device's app-managed library and local snapshots. Copies you exported elsewhere remain under your control. Server recovery backups may retain earlier copies as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Remnesa account. We will verify ownership before handling the request.
